clean room but needs updates

The location was easy to get to, a great choice for our quick stop. Our room was clean, well put together, and stocked with quality soaps and shampoos! The staff were friendly. Many fellow guests appreciated the basic breakfast, a nice way to start the day.

The furniture and decor felt a bit dated .

Great price & location, this is not a five star hotel but, if your looking for a place to lay your head while you are out all day, Days Inn is the place.

Housekeeping could use some tips and auditing them from time to time would help asure that their service is being performed to Days Inn standards. Beds sheets appeared to not be changed when we arrived, had more than one hair and sand particles when sheets were pulled open. Also room was a little dusty .

I almost thought about leaving a good review since the location was terrific! My room was flooded and no one cared enough to fix it. To top it off, breakfast was a joke-no real options, just a sad muffin. I woudl ve been nice to get some compensation for this disaster, but clearly, that's too much to ask here.

Sheets were itchy. There was a spider in breakfast area on the wall.

Everything was simply awesome. Clean place, staff was nice. Location: the hotel was short walk to the Indianapolis airport and the construction zone. And there was White Castle with short-orders a short way from the venue, super convenient.

the location is close to food options, super convenient. the bathroom had mold.

I was able to get some sleep since the noise level wasn't bad. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The fridge worked ok.

The desk chair had some stains. Breakfast was a little disappointing, no scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage. The fruit was old.

This place was not even close to clean! If it wasn't the night before the Indy 500 I would have been long gone!!!!!!!

Hotel needs serious maintenance!!! Smoke detector issues, constantly beeping, without resolution!!! Tubs leaking and supplying insufficient towels are just a few annoyances that should be addressed!!!

The room with a king bed.

It was just a great fit for a fleeting trip in Plainfield and great for the money. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

I was charged more than originally told. The room smelled funky. There appeared to be water damage at the hotel (though not in our room). The bathroom was too small for me to put my walker inside it (I have a broken leg, which I told them). The free wi-fi was very unreliable.

Sheets and bedding very nice. Breakfast was very nice, could have used bananas;)

Tried to check in during the afternoon, and could not find anyone in the office area for over 10 minutes
